Shipping & Postage
Orders will be dispatched within 3 days of order date. Please allow Australia Post 3 - 7 business days for domestic deliveries.
Please contact email@example.com for any necessary order changes. No changes can be made once your order has been dispatched.
We offer international postage The costing model is based on Australia Post standard postage prices. Once your order has been fulfilled we will email you the lodgement information. The delivery time can take up to 2 weeks.
Refunds & Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty tin, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org (within 15 days of receiving), with photos clearly representing the issue and we will work with you to organise a replacement or a refund, if preferred. The refund will be initiated within 48 hours once the item has been returned, at our expense.
Change of mind can be returned for store credit. We are unable to accept a return if the tin has been used.
Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
